About Your FREE Consult

There is no charge for the clinical exam and consultation with the orthodontist which usually takes no longer than 45 minutes.
Photographs and x-rays (if needed) are usually taken at the start of your appointment.
Dr. Dobie or Dr. Rollins will do a comprehensive exam and will discuss all treatment options available as well as answer any questions that you may have.

If you are ready for treatment and wish to move forward, you can possibly get started with treatment that day. Patients who are getting Invisalign or custom KLOwen braces can have their 3D-scan done that day, and start treatment at the following visit.
If you are not ready for treatment, we will place you in our Pre-Orthodontic Observation Program and will continue to monitor you periodically until you are ready for treatment, at no charge.

Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to a beautiful new smile.

Therefore, our practice offers a wide range of payment options to help take this burden away. We always offer in-house financing (no interest charged to you) to all of our patients, and it is also possible to extend payment plans longer than your actual treatment time if this will help with your budget. The cost of treatment varies by individual, but our treatment coordinator can work with you to sort out a plan that fits your individual needs.

For your convenience, we accept most credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our goal is to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients.

insurance information

We accept almost all dental insurance plans in our orthodontic offices.

Even if we are not listed as a participant of your insurance plan, very often we still accept it and your benefit will be the same regardless. We will look into the specifics of your plan during your initial free consultation and verify that you will receive your benefit if you move forward with treatment in our office.

We recommend having your insurance information available when you call for your initial appointment, and definitely bring them with you to your consultation so that we can verify the details of your plan. We will submit all insurance paperwork for you, and depending on the plan, either the funds will be released directly to us, or they will be mailed to you instead. If they are mailed to you, then we simply ask that you bring them into the office so that they can be applied to your account.
